How do I copy my web site from my old computer to my new computer?

I am trying to use a CD as the method to copy my website from my old computer
with FrontPage 2002 to my new computer which I've installed FrontPage 2002.
I tried to import, but all of the hyperlinks of my site are lost. Any ideas?

The best option is to publish to a web host that has the FP extensions, then on the new machine open
the site directly in FP and publish down to the new computer.
