How do I copy a contact from another user's account?

An employee is leaving and I need to import her contacts. I can view them
but her account will be deleted from the server once she leaves and I need to
put them on my account.

Are you opening her contacts folder from your Outlook? If so, just drag them from her contacts folder to your contacts folder.

Try exporting your contacts to a CSV file, copying the CSV file to your PC
then re-importing it into your Outlook.

That's too much work and a bad format to use when other formats will work -
if you can open her contacts in your profile, copy and paste (use By
Category view) to move them to another contacts folder or export to a pst.
