How do I convert a Lotus WordPro document to Word

I need to convert a very old file to Microsoft Word. The extension is .lwp. I
think the program was called AmiPro when I created it, but is called WordPro
now. Please help!

AmiPro and WordPro have different file formats. The former was a great
little word processor that evolved into the clumsy monster that is the
latter.

AmiPro can easily be dealt with by an import filter (linked from my web
site) but for WordPro there is no filter and you'll need to investigate
third party conversion products eg Dataviz. .lwp suggests WordPro and not
AmiPro (which used .sam).
