How do I contact <postmaster> reference undeliverable message?

I cannot get my emails to go to a VALID Hotmail address via my home email
address, but can via my work email address. My home email is with "freeserve"
(now Orange) and all sent messages are returned incorporating the following
message:

Diagnostic-Code: X-SMTP-Server; delivery temporarily suspended: connect to
pamx1.hotmail.com[65.54.247.8]: Connection timed out

How can I resolve this problem?

Sounds like the home account can not send email to your hotmail account at
all? If you email the hotmail or any other hotmail account normally are you
getting an error still. What process are you using to redirect the e-mail.
The error imply that "Orange" can not connect to hotmail. Could be it gets
there eventually but you're getting a lot of warning emails? Hope that

are you sure you have the correct hotmail address? According to the error,
the account you are sending to was suspended.

I have the same Problem with Freeserve (orange) and have contacted
their support a number of times without success, Their comments were
"we cant deal with it, contact Freeserve directly by email. Each time I
have forwarded copies of the header to Freeserve they have been
ignored, not even an acknowledgement;

I can send an email from my Freeserve address to my Hotmail Address
without a problem but looking through Hotmail Help it refers to a
problem with AOL blocking HOTMAIL. I think if any email you may have
sent to the address in question had the hint of spam about it Hotmail
Junks it and the your email address is blocked off
