How do I contact Microsoft re: security issue???

I just recently found a new "New User Account" set up on
my computer. I am the only person with access to my
computer! I recently sent a report to Microsoft of (what
I believed to be a bogus security update). The report was
sent to abuse @ microsoft.com. I got a very long reply
telling me about the dangers of hackers on the internet>
It also supplied at lease ten links for Microsoft Updates
which didn't look right. Microsoft has said in the past
it does not send e-mail for updates. When I tried to
advise Microsoft through a .net I was directed to a
download site with an invalid security certificate.
Instead of getting a microsoft certificate, I got an
akamai.net site. If there's anyone who can shed some
light on what's going on here I would greatly appreciate.
I would also like to have a legit e-mail address for
Microsoft security. Thanks anyone/everyone in advance
