How do I clear my search history on MSN Internet
Explorer? When I click on the search icon at the top of
the MSN Internet Explorer window(the magnifying glass) I
come to the search page. In the search box, when I type
in the search topic it will bring up others words I typed
in from previous searches and I'm just wondering how do I
erase those previous search topics?

Sir/Ma'am it sounds like you have the autocomplete option on. Turning this off is what I can not figure out either. I am working on it.

(MS) Internet Explorer or MSN Explorer? They're not the same.

well, I'm having the same problem at the moment,
technically your supposed to turn off the autocomplete
function, this can be done in two ways, the first, go to
your start, then click search, then internet preferences,
then click turn auto complete off, the other option is to
go into the internet options go to content, then click on
auto complete, uncheck the web address and or the forms,
click ok, finally you can also go into the advanced
settings and uncheck the box that says us inline auto
complete, this, usually works, however, my pc hates
everything I stand for at the moment, so obviously I'm
having a different issue with mine, but yours should work.

To turn off the auto complete feature follow me through this:
-from an internet explorer window click 'tools' near the top
-select internet options
-from the tabs on top pick advanced which is at the far right
-under the browsing subtopic there is a check box that says 'use inline auto complete'
-if this is checked, uncheck it.

hope this helps
