How do I change the shape of an existing object in Powerpoint 2007

HAB

In older versions of Powerpoint, there was an option in the Drawing menu to
CHANGE the shape of an existing object, from a square to a circle, etc., I
can't find the equivalent command in Powerpoint 2007. I DON'T want to create
a new object/shape from scratch, i want to take an existing object that I
already have created and formatted, and simply want to change the shape of
the outline. Anyone out there know how to do this???

Thanks so much for your response, I don't see that button on the Drawing
Tools Format tab...I only have Insert Shape, Shape Styles, WordArt Styles,
Arrange and Size?

When you click on the object to highlight it, look at the top of the screen
for the words Drawing Tools and the word Format below it (it won't appear
until you click on the object.) On the left side of the ribbon will be the
Edit Shape dropdown where Change Shape is located.

supposed to represent "Change shape"!!! Thank you so much - I did a search in
help and on the microsoft website on "change shape" and couldn't find a thing!

It doesn't. It represents Edit Shape. Underneath it in a dropdown is the
Change Shape button.

If your screen is set to a higher resolution, you'd see the label text along
with the lines/dots icon. For example, here's mine:
