Just as the above asks.... I'm trying to change the sender's name of a former
employee as the name that recipients of emails i send see... I've tryed using
Tools>Email Account> Change....etc... but when it gets to the part where i
can change the name... its blocked out and i cant edit anything, its stuck on
the old name. Any help would be appreciated... Thanks!

That change would need to be made at the server level by the administrator in Active Directory Users and Computers. It's not something an end-user can change.

Run the ADU&C snapin. Display the properties for the user's record, and change the Display Name field value.
