How do I change the first calendar time displayed when it opens?

When I open my calendar the first time displayed is 8am, I often have much
earlier appointments and want to open to an earlier time. How do I change
the first time displayed on the calendar.

Try changing your work hours here: Tools menu > Options > Calendar

Either set your working hours earlier or use a larger time scale (ie, 1 hr,
not 15 min) - the first time slot on the screen is controlled by the workday
start time and the size if the screen and time scale - if the screen is
large and the scale allows, outlook will show non-working times too.
