How do I change the display font for my folder list?

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 and the font for navigation pane (i.e.
where the folders are) is set to 14 pt. Arial Bold and the message view font
is set to 12 pt. Garamond. It's driving me crazy - can anyone help me change
the Arial to Garamond? How do I do this?

I think that if you change the font the system uses for icon titles it will
change the folder tree's font. It's been a long time since I've tried and
the machine I'm using right now has some customizations that don't allow me
to test that easily...
