how do I change the body text of received emails?

I'd like to edit the body text of a received email message but haven't
discovered how I can do that. I see I can change the email subject line, but
not the body. Using Outlook 2007.

Can you not click Forward on the received e-mail, and then make changes on
the " to be forwarded " e-mail ?
