How do i change startmenu folderlocations in register?

I have moved several startmenu folders to bring a little structure in it.
when i run CCleaner i see a lot of register values that are out of date
because the register values have not changed. So CCleaner thinks that the
startmenu locations are deleted. but they are only moved. In the register
editor i go to:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MenuOrder\Start
Menu2\Programs\<folder> then you see a binary value named: 'Order'
the value is a binary value. I think the value holds the folder or file
location.

Now my question is .. how do i change this register value?
or is it just a matter of moving the register key's to an other register key?

The registry value 'Order', stores the display order of programs & folders under 'Start' -> 'All
Programs'. If you delete it & then log off and back on, the Start Menu will be alpha-sorted -- The
value will be rebuilt when you re arrange the order of items. Not sure if there's any path info in
there. The subkey structure should mimic the folder structure -- perhaps that is out of date. Once
again, you can delete the subkeys & they will be recreated as needed.

Most folks in here don't recommend registry cleaners anyway, but that's your call.
