How do I change my cursor from a comma to a bar?

My cursor suddenly turned into a comma and I can't see it!

The Help says to find under Tools, Options, Cursor Control, but there is no
such thing under Options.

Odd changes to the cursor often are display-related. Try "jiggling" the zoom
by nudging it up/down 1%.
