How do I change my calender to display work hours only?

Currently when I launch Outlook the calender displays the time from midnight
to, well, midnight the next day. (I don't know about you, but I don't work 24
hours of the day. )

Can I change Outlook to display work hours only, (e.g. 8:00 to 5:00) ?

Tools-Options-Calendar Options. You did look there first, right?

Hi Gordon,

Yes, I did go there. (Even a blind squirrel can find a nut once in a while!)

When I print out my calender it does display only 8:00 to 5:00, so I'm happy
with that.

I wos wondering how to displey 8:00 to 5:00 on my computer screen. Maybe
this is something that's not possible.

Displays work time in the Day and Week view. At least it does here (Outlook
2007)

It's not possible. Setting your working hours will color those hours
differently that the non-working hours, but Outlook will always display all
24 hours in any view containing the time slots. It should, however,
position the view to the slot containing your work day start time.

FWIW in Outlook 2003, it starts at the beginning of work time and goes
as far as it can depending on the window size and time divisions.

can you scroll up or down and see the other hours or does it really truly
only show the work hours?

You can see the other hours by scrolling, but it starts off with the start
time at the top of the window...

that is the correct behavior. If the window is taller or the time scale
smaller, you will see more of the non-working hours. I see 12 hours, but I
use 60 minutes scale and have high res monitor.
