Is there a fast way to select only the examples of a particular font in a
document and then change the font for the selected items all at once? (Word
2003)

First click the More button in the Replace dialog to expand the bottom half.

Click in the Find What box, then click the Format button at the bottom of the
dialog, choose Font, and select the font you want to search for.

Now click in the Replace With box, click the Format button and choose Font, and
select the font you want to change to.

Finally, click the Replace All button (or use the Find Next and Replace button
to step through the occurrences one at a time and replace only some of them).

If the formatting is done with Styles it's simple - modify the Style.
Otherwise, use Find & Replace or you may be able to use the Format> Styles &
Formatting task pane.
