How do I change all contacts to "Let Outlook decide the best sending format"?

I've discovered that Outlook 2002 appears to have changed many of my
contacts' email addresses to "Send Using Outlook Rich Text Format". How do
I change them all back to "Let Outlook decide the best sending format"
without having to hand edit each one (I have about 2,000 contacts, some with
more than one email address)?
