How do I capture my site back into FrontPage

I have a pretty big site (40-50 pages) that I do for a non-profit for free. I
just managed to screw up my FrontPage 2002 file on it completely. I now need
to take the site that is posted and recapture it in a FrontPage file, so I
can not have to rebuild the entire site.

What I did was revise my banner and nav bar (essentially I eliminated them
by accident and then like a dolt, saved the changes). The rest of the content
is still on all my pages, but the previous banner and nav bar are gone. (Yes,
I had backed up the file awhile back specifically so I'd have the main pages,
but now I can't find the CD that I backed it up on.)

Is there a relatively painless way to fix my screw-up? Is there a way to
copy the HTML of the banner and nav bar off the posted page and then add it
to a FrontPage file somewhere? (I tried copying the code, the replacing the
code in FrontPage with it, but the banner and nav bar didn't get fixed.)

HELP!

Open your site in FrontPage and them publish it back to your Hard Drive.
For example, if you're running Windows XP you'd publish it to
http://localhost/<name of site> or you could publish it to a folder such as
C:\mysite.

I love ya! Thanks for saving me pain and suffering. This was a very easy fix.
Now, I'm going to back it up again right away. Thanks. . .
