how do I block e-mail from a person

Troy

Ok I was asking about how to block an email from one person using outlook
2007 and to let them know I'm blocking their e-mail. I want it to auto reply
saying that their message was blocked. On one of the posts it said that it
was useless to do, but the reson I want to do this is one of my kids friends
is sending them bad things, and they are in an arguement. But I may want to
unblock afterwords. I want them to know that we can block them and to show
them if it don't stop we can do it.

I'm not worried about them useing another e-mail address. Can this be done,
and How DO I DO THIS?

I got a reply from someone and it was sent to my e-mail address, I clicked
the link and a blank page came up. I waited thinking it had to load at the
bottom of the page it said done but still nothing there. How can I fix this?
I can't even find my post now.

HELP, please keep sending until I reply that way I know how to use this
thing. Thanks

Even if you ask the question again, the answer isn't going to change. It
can't be done in the Outlook client.

You can probably create a rule to delete msgs from 'name' and send a
template (That you have created) response

PS Often best not to get involved in kids arguments, unless bullying /
verbal abuse types of mail

Well, yes it is possible in Outlook. Create a rule to reply to messages -
condition will be from address, action will be to reply with a template and
delete. That does not mean it’s a good idea - its better to tell the kid to
stop sending this stuff to you and delete the messages. If they won't stop,
go to the parents or to the police if they are threatening/harassing you or
sending things that could be get you into hot water, like child porn.

You were answered already.

Use a newsreader like Outlook Express or Windows Mail instead of the lousy
web interface.
