How do I arrange calendars giving priority to upper management?

We have 50 people on the office staff, with five directors and a managing
director. I have the Microsoft Outlook 2007 calendars arranged
alphabetically, but would like to make one modification. I would like the
directors at the top because I refer to their calendars most often. The only
way I have found is to move each name up one step at a time. Is there an
easier way?

You can use the Shortcuts view and put them in any order you wish.

Have you looked at whether Group Schedules are useful to you? That's
another way of looking at many Calendars.

that's the only way. You might want to make groups instead - a directors
group and one for the office staff.
