Hi Bob,
I do this all the time for people.
You need to create what is called an "animated gif" (on a transparent
background). You can do this in programs such as Animation Shop by Jasc
etc. There are a lot of good animated graphics pkgs out there for reasonable
pricing.
Once the animated gif is created, you then create your signature in Outlook
2003 by:
Going to Tools, options, mail format, signatures, new. In the create new
signature box, type a name for your signature, then make sure "start with
blank signature is selected"; click on next, then click inside the signature
text box once, then "right click" on the right mouse button, "left click" on
"insert image", "left click" on browse and locate your animated gif file,
click on okay. You will then see the animated gif in the signature text
box - there you can size it by clicking once on it and then sizing
accordingly. (assuming you know how to work with graphics in MS Word etc)
Have fun
