During printing how can the subject line be automatically added to the header?

It should already be there. What version of Outlook are you using?

I am using Outlook 2003, the subject line appears with the basic information,
from, sent, to, ect. I would like to add a header section with the subject
line added there. I have try the print styles edit without any luck,

By adding the following in the page setup, when your within an email, for a
print style it adds various items to the header or footer section for all
emails that are using that style

&d = date
&w = subject line
&t =time

The page setup within a email is not the same as when your on the mail list
page setup. Although they are similar, and I'm sure related some how even
thougth one appears to override the other and function differently.
