how do i add holidays to different years

Hello-
i've created my new Outlook calendar and successfuly completed my options,
however, when i go to: Tools, options, calendar options and click through the
steps to add holidays it only adds to 2007 and older. It will not add to
2008-2012.

Can someone advise please?

And, as a note, it is really really REALLY outstandingly helpful when you
include basic info like, y'know, what version you're running.
