How do I add an e-mail disclaimer text in Outlook 2003?

I want to add an e-mail disclaimer text that will not require the sender to
remember to add it to all of their outgoing e-mails in Outlook 2003? Is there
a way to do this? Some of our users may use MS Word as their e-mail editor.

You can set for every existing account a standard signature for all
outgoing mails.

If you use Exchange server this can be done a couple of ways, it depends on
your version of Exchange. This way you don't have to set each client with the
signature, which gives the user the ability to change the signature or delete
it.
If you don't use Exchange, then a signature would be the way to go. I would
enforce this with a GPO.
