I see the copyright team has spoken. If by "post," you mean put on the
Web, then your best bet might be to link instead. You can easily put a
hyperlink to a Web page in your PowerPoint. Then, whoever views the
PowerPoint can click on the link to go to the 60 Minutes site and view
the video.

If by "post," you mean you want to include it in your PowerPoint, you
might have certain fair-use rights to include a clip (especially if it
is a brief clip and for non-profit educational purposes). If that is the
case, you would have to download the video and convert it to a format
that PowerPoint accepts (http://playsforcertain.com/ might help with
that).
