How display week numbers in calendar?

Is it possible to display the week numbers in the Calendar
and if yes, how?

Not in the main calendar section, but if you have the Date Navigator
showing (the mini calendars to the right of the main calendar), you can
show the week numbers there. Tools | Options | Preferences tab, click
Calendar Options, check the box for "Show week numbers in the Date
Navigator".

OK, thanks. However, wouldn't this be an idea to
incorporate and develop in future versions of Outlook? At
least as an option?

In many parts of the world, like in Germany, Switzerland,
Austria and Denmark, we use week numbers VERY frequently
regarding calendar scheduling and appointments.

It seems it should be possible to display week numbers
prominently, also in the main calendar, not just the "mini
one". Lotus Notes shows this as a standard, for example.

You may certainly suggest this to Microsoft for future Outlook
versions -- they do listen to their customers' needs and wants, and the
more people requesting a certain feature, the more likely it is to be
implemented. To send your suggestions, send an e-mail to
(e-mail address removed) with Outlook in the subject line. Your message
WILL be read by Microsoft.
