How can you automate a Teleconference Meeting Notice

I often schedule teleconferences and need to provide attendees with a call in
number and a participant passcode.

In addition, I also need to include the Chairperson Passcode in my meeting
notice and make the note Personal to prevent anyone else from seeing my
code.

I like having the codes readily available in my calendar so that I can use
my PDA in and out of the office to quickly start meetings.

I am somewhat surprised that this functionality isn't already incorporated
into Outlook.

If you tell us your version of Outlook and from where you are pulling this
information, perhaps someone could hazard a guess as to how to accomplish
this. Using Live Communication Server and Outlook together works very well,
but since you decided to keep your methods and versions a secret, we will
await your repost.

Milly,

I am using:
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.8118.8122) SP2

Information Source:
I am not sure what you mean by "Pulling information" - I assume you mean
where am I obtaining the detail for setting up the Teleconference. Ford
Motor Company is
using "BT Conferencing Inc" (URL Below). The best way to explain this is to
show you:

************************************************************
YOUR BT CONFERENCING RESERVATIONLESS ACCOUNT DIAL IN NUMBERS:

Julius Crouch Centrex: 36737
FordNet: 32.36737
Toll (International): 313.323.6737
Toll Free Dial In: 800.367.3840
Chairperson Passcode: XXXXXXXXXXXX
Participant Passcode: 40881538
URL (to access web tools): http://www.btconferencing.com/fordtools
************************************************************

This same text is placed into the body of every teleconference I set up.
In addition, after I schedule the meeting I usually modify the body to
include the "Chairpersons Passcode" and mark the meeting as private.

This allows me to have the code available to me thru my PDA (Usually I'm not
at my desk for the meeting) while keeping it private to prevent abuse by
other people.

Note: I do not use Live Communication Server for my meetings (I will look
into it)
