How Can This Happen?

Hi:

I am running Windows XP Home Edition with all Windows Updates installed on
a Toshiba laptop Model 1135-S155.

Yesterday I somehow corrupted Norton System Works and had to go through
lengthy uninstall and reinstall procedures provided by Norton applicable
Error Notice that I had received. All was accomplished successfully and now
everything seems back to normal with one exception.

I have CCleaner v. 1.26.218 installed and when I open it up everything is
normal, but when I click on Run Cleaner it launches Windows Installer for
Roxio Easy Media Creator 7, which I also have installed. I uninstalled
CCleaner thinking that this would resolve this issue, but it did not.

I have been unable to find a solution to this problem and cannot figure
out as to why when I click on Run Cleaner it would launch Windows Installer
for Roxio.

Any recommendations as to resolution of this problem will be appreciated.
