How can one make Sun Java completely replace MS VM?

Yes - I realize this is not the Sun Java group, but hear me out before you
flame -

Microsoft has indicated that to maximize security, one should disable
Virtual Machine - thereby using Sun Java instead. The problem is, without
VM, I'm unable to access certain websites. If I turn it on, I can access
them, so I know the problem's not related to anything else, i.e. firewalls,
Content Advisor, etc.

Any thoughts?

Carey,

My takeaway from your reply is: There's a conflict between the two and to
eliminate the conflict I must completely remove MSJVM. Is that correct?
