How can import with Chinese in Favorite

After each I re-install new window XP and import my favorite file.
I will lost the Chinese word in Favorite , instead it displays some random
signs and cannot readable words.
How I can keep the Chinese word in Favorite and can readable.

Hi Sapphire,

Make a copy of your favorites folders and overwrite the default folders that
are created with each re-install with your saved copies.

Its always a good idea to keep regular backups.
