How can I use Word 2000 as my e-mail editor in Outlook 2002?

I have just installed Outlook 2002 as an upgrade to Outlook 2000. I cannot
use Word 2000 as my e-mail editor.

If I go to Tools/Options/Mail Format the "Use Word as my e-mail editor" is
greyed out and does not function. This also means AutoText does not work
either.

Thank you

In that case how can I remove Outlook 2002 and go back to 2000?
