How can I unblock images within the body of the email?

For some reason I can't see images (screenshots) within the body of an email,
which is blocked with a red X. If I copy and paste the image into Word, it
lets me see the image. Any ideas on how I can fix this for all emails?

try emptying the securetemp folder.
