I am accessing our corporate exchange server via Outlook Web Access. Running
Win98SE with I.E. Ver 6.0.2800.1106. The left pane of the window appears the
same as when I am accessing the mail account at work using Outlook (same
folders, etc). How can I save the e-mail messages on my local hard drive
here at home. Since I am not using outlook but instead am using Internet
Explorer to access the Outlook Exchange Server the procedures to create a
..pst file do not work. I need to find the solution that creates a personal
folder in the left pane of the Outlook Web Access window (I.E.) so that I can
drag the messges to it to store them locally.

All you could do would be to open a message, and use file | save as....in
your browser. You could save it as HTML or text. You can't use a PST file.

OWA isn't Outlook, even when it *looks* like Outlook. It's just a web page,
really.

There's no way to do what you're requesting. The closest you can come is to
use copy-and-paste from the OWA window to a Textpad, Wordpad, or Word window
running on your local machine.
