How can I set up automatic sorting of a table in a word doc as I t

In a 2 column table, col #1 is date, col @ 2 is information; I wish to sort
the table as I type on the date column so that I don't have to stop and sort
when adding material to a lengthy table. Is there a way to automate this??

No. Just keep adding to the end and sort periodically.
