How can I set my CD drive to read a CD/DVD

When using a USB for the first time I gave it a new letter path in Disk
Management and everything is fine when I store data on the USB but now my
CD/DVD writer which is a CD drive will not work. When I put a disc in the
message comes up that there is no disk inserted in the drive. Some of the
time I can not even eject the drive. I would like to be able to use both the
CD drive and my USB port. Can you please help me? I have tried to reverse the
procedure in Disk Management but to no avail and I have tried to restore back
to before this all happened but the system will not let me.

You should probably ask the company that made your computer. This
isn't a Word problem.

Sorry to hear you are having problems, but you may get better help on another
forum, maybe an Office one, as this one is specifically for MS Word.
