How can I print only 1 page of incoming plain text email?

My office needs to print out a copy of emails received each day, but we
usually only want to print the first page (most of the emails are many pages
long). Emails coming in Plain Text do not give the option to only print
page 1. Emails coming in HTML give the standard print options for printing
the whole document, or any specific pages, which is great. Plain Text emails
come in and only give the Memo Style print option, which does not give an
option for selecting specific pages. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Using standard Outlook, I don't believe this is possible.

It appears each of Plain, Rich and HTML have peculiarities on printing. You
could forward it to yourself and change the format to HTML (as HTML does
offer that option) but you would get the overhead of the additional 'forward'.

It would be really nice if Microsoft sorted out the print options in Outlook
so they use only one user interface and then call the relevant print routines
in the background.
