How can I prevent junk mail in outlook express?

Hi,
Since i signed up with msn chat, I have been recieving
alot of junk mail in my outlook express. I know i can
block senders, but how can i reduce the amount of junk
mail i receive?

Check with your ISP to see if they can put a stop to spam and junk mail.
Cableone Net is our provider and they do this all the time.

Another thing you might try is Mail Washer that stop everything until you OK
it.

you can't prevent them. just like commercials on tv.
junk mail from post office. drive down the street and
how many signs do you see selling stuff from hamburgers
to plumbing. even your company has ads out there.

just delete/purge any 'strange' email (from microsoft or
other sites.) just delete them. faster easier then
trying to block them.

it is far easier to filter out the mail you want and leave the garbage behind to be deleted
