How can I pop up a picture when a cell is clicked on Excel?

I am working on a schematic of an engineering drawing and I would like to be
able to have a picture of the piece of machinery pop up when I click a cell
that referrences it on the schematic from a picture library on the Excel book
I am in.

Can this be done? If so, how?

You can put a picture in a cell comment.
- Select the cell
- Select Insert >> Comment
- There should be a border of diagonal lines around the cell comment.
Left-click on that border. It should turn into a border made of black dots.
Right-click on that border and select Format Comment
- Select Colors and LInes >> Color >> Fill Effects >> Picture (tab) >>
Select Picture
- Navigate to the picture you want, click OK, etc.
- Resize the comment as desired

Hope this helps,

Hutch
