How can I open an Outlook 2003 archive file in Outlook 2000?

Our corporate office is on office 2003. We also use Citrix metaframe that is
currently using office 2000. Metaframe will not be upgraded to office 2003
for several months.

I need to be able to document for our corporate office users, that connect
via metaframe when outside of corporate, how to attach to their 2003 Archive
file while in Outlook 2000. Is this possible if the 2003 archive file is
under 2GB?

If the PSTs are in the earlier format, yes. If they're in OL2003 & up
format, no
