how can I merge multiple calendars into a single calendar

I have 3 calendars covering separate time periods [from restored back-ups] in
my 'my calendars' section of Outlook. I would like to merge these into a
single Calendar file

Hi,

You can do this by either dragging and dropping appointments from one calendar to another, or by importing them into one calendar. It would probably be easier to use the import
function in Outlook.

1. Open Outlook, on the "File" menu, click "Import And Export".
2. Click "Import from another program or file", and then click Next.
3. Click "Personal Folder File (.pst)", and then click Next.
4. Type the path and the name of the PST folder you widh to import from and then click Next.
5. Select the Calendar folder that you would like to import to, or select the top of the hierarchy to import everything, and then click Finish.
