Outlook 2003, Win XP (all latest patches)

Hi

How can I make it easier to see "today's date" in the Monthly View?
(in Outlook 2003).

On my PC, the date that is "today" is flagged with a dull grey
highlight that is almost invisible - whereas on my friend's PC it is a
nice bright orange!

Any thoughts?

P.S. Please excuse me if this post arrives twice - I believe the first
attempt failed, but I can't be sure...

Try changing to 'Windows XP Style' on the Desktop Properties Appearance tab.
Click the Windows & Buttons drop-down and select 'Windows XP Style. You are
probably using Windows Classic Style.

Thank you - Yes this did work !

The only problem now is that I much prefer the old fashioned
(functional) look of the Windows Classic Style.
e.g. Is there any way to make everything 2D again?

Yes, go back and select Windows Classic Style.

....I tried that but then I can't see what date it is in the Monthly
view in Outlook.
- Any (intelligent) suggestions ?
With thanks
