I write a simple dll in C# using Visual Studio 2005 Express,
how can I make my dll strong name? (so I can put it into Global Assembly
Cache)

There is a command-line tool to do this. I can't be sure it comes with VS
2005 Express, but it may even come with the .Net platform. See:
