I am running Word 2000 and would like to produce a document with full
justification (both left and right sides of the printed area). How can I do
this?
Justification is a paragraph formatting item. You can select one or more
paragraphs and press Ctrl+J, or go to the Format > Paragraph dialog and
change the Alignment setting to Justified.
A better plan is to make a style that includes the justified paragraph
format among its characteristics, and apply that style where desired.

Thanks Jay
That was really fast and helpul. I have the Microsoft Press book "Running MS
Word 2000" and there are no j words in the index. I spent a couple of hours
looking through the book and did not run across any mention of justification.
Thanks again.
