How can I import autocomplete contacts from the .nk2 file to norm.

I have a lot of contacts in the autocomplete file of outlook (.nk2).
I want to import them into Outlook as regular contacts.
Is there a way to import the .nk2 file, or perhaps a script which turns it
to .csv format?

There is no way to do this natively. There is a 3rd party program that
can edit the .NK2 file (the AutoComplete cache file). You can also use
it to backup and restore the NK2 file and and to create Contact Records
from your NK2 data. You can read more about it here:
