How can I group my customers according to what they buy or sell?

GROUPING CUSTOMERS SO I CAN QUERY

I am a plastics broker ane we deal with traders who buy and sell several
different types, forms, packaging, etc. I would like to set up my contacts
where I can qyery anyone of them with a few words. I have been unable to do
this. I need your help please. Thank you.

You can try to make categories in your contacts

eg one for packaging, also in diferent colours possible!
