How can I get rid of the bulk mail folder in outlook.

I need all new emails to go directly into my new mail folder not in the bulk
mail folder. I cant seem to get rid of that folder which I never wanted to
begin with. Can anyone help me?

No version of Outlook has any folder whose name contains the word "bulk".
If you see a folder like that, it's not Outlook's, but some kind of add-in.

Outlook 2003, though has a folder whose name is "Junk E-mail" and if this is
the version of Outlook to which you refer (you didn't say what version
you're using), then you can turn off the Junk E-mail filter by clicking
Action>Junk E-mail>Junk E-mail Options and turning it off. You cannot
delete the Junk E-mail folder itself, though.

If you don't like to see the Junk E-mail folder, do not use Outlook 2003.
