How can I get my task toolbar back in an open email message?

I am not sure if I clicked something by accident but my task toolbar has
disappeared only when I open an email. So if I want to print...I can't.

right click on the toolbar area and choose customize - then add a check to
show the ones you need. or find and delete outcmd.dat.
