How can I get email automatic reply

I am trying to send an email with tracking option for Delivery and Read
Receipt to 50 to 60 people. Is there a way to get the tracking without
opening the Delivery and Read responses? Or is there a way to not receive the
responses at all and just receive the tracking?

The receipts ARE the tracking.
