How can I fix this error?

Hi all.,

Anyone know how to fix this event viewer log entry?

The ClipBook service depends on the Network DDE service which failed to
start because of the following error:

The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it
has no enabled devices associated with it. What devices is it talking
about?

I've just checked Services, and Network DDE and
Network DDE DSDM are disabled. netdde.exe
does exist, but when I try and start these 2 services,
It brings up Error 1068: The dependency service
or group failed to start.

Do these 2 entries have to be running ?

No they don't and you should disable the clipbook service also for security
reasons.
