How can I delete system restore ponits

Deleting the Restore Points will not be sufficient as more will be recreated
to fill the space you have allocated to system Restore.
To change the space you have allocated:
Open System Restore
Click System Restore Settings on the left side.
Change the slider as desired.
Or you could Turn Off System Restore.

I would advise NOT turning off System Restore. This is one of those things
like your insurance policy that you can do without until the very time you
actually need it. Then it's absolutely necessary. Only turn it off if you
are 100% absolutely sure that you'll never need it. And if you can
guarantee that you can also let me know the winning number of the next
lottery.

Regards.
