How can i create a letter in access

i have a query which gives me members which membership is to expire on a
certain month. From the Query i created a report which produces labels for
mailings. how can i do to create a report which produces a letter

There are two basic way.

You can create a report that looks like a letter. This would likely be
the easiest.

You can go "Tools" "Office Links" "Publish with "Word" That will
allow a better looking product, but may take a little more time and
knowledge.

You can do a Word mail merge which uses your query as it's data source.
